Dita Von Teese has been unveiled as the Beetroot on The Masked Dancer.
The 48 year old kept judges Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan, Oti Mabuse and Davina McCall on their toes as none of them guessed correctly on 31 May.
As the four chanted “take it off!” the slender figure unmasked themselves to reveal they are American vedette Dita.
The panel screamed “oh my god!” as they couldn’t believe they missed the clues about 60s styling and vintage dances she performed on stage.

Oti, 30, asked her: “Have you done any dance training?” to which Dita responded: “Yeah, I always say I was a failed ballerina. I wanted to be a ballerina more than anything in the world.
“My ballet teachers were like, ‘Oh your arms and legs are great!’ but I can’t follow choreography.”
Jonathan, 60, then chimed in to gush over how “elegant” she was during her performance as the rest lamented over how the “layers” clue was in relation to her career.
Oti explained that she thought it was Dita to begin with but crossed out her name as she thought it was “no way” her.
Dita is the third celebrity to be voted off the popular new ITV programme and fans flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on the big reveal.
“Never would have guessed Beetroot but happily surprised #MaskedDancerUK,” one person wrote.

Another said: “Wow! I can’t believe @DitaVonTeese was beetroot on the masked dancer! #MaskedDancerUK”.
While a third boasted they knew who it was all along as they added: “Thought it was #DitavonTeese when they kept on about layers #beetroot #MaskedDancerUK”.
The day before on 30 May, Louise Redknapp, 46, was revealed to be the Flamingo, while on Saturday Diversity’s Jordan Banjo, 28, was the first to be voted off in the Viper costume.
Speaking on why she decided to go on the show, Louise explained: “I love dancing and I think after such a tough year living in lockdown.
“I just thought I really need to get out of the house and do something fun. It’s been great!”
When asked if her kids Charles, 16, and Beau, 12, knew she was competing on the programme, she replied: “No!” as the judges said in unison: “Aww!”
