WEST HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA) — Four men were shot in front of a luxury West Hollywood apartment building Friday morning.
Gunfire was reported at about 4:15 a.m. in West Hollywood, and when deputies arrived, they found three men with gunshot wounds on De Longpre and Fountain Avenue.

A fourth man was found on Kings Road, about a half block from where the other men were found, also with a gunshot wound.
The victims were taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in unknown condition. Traffic to the area was shut down most of Friday morning as authorities searched for any other victims and the shooter.
It’s unclear if any of them were part of the shooting, or what may have led up to it. But investigators say they don’t believe the shooting was a random attack.
Neighbors say they heard the shots.

“It woke me up, like five different pops, and I didn’t think it was firecrackers,” one man said.
One neighbor said she saw a car racing up the street at the time of the shooting, but authorities did not say if the shooters left the area in a vehicle.
“That’s scary yeah, because I’ve lived here for 20 years and it’s actually a very nice, safe neighborhood, typically,” she said.
The suspects were described only as two men.
